Mr Asif Chaudry operated on me for gastro-oesophageal cancer five years ago. I have recently been “signed off”. Throughout that period the high levels of expertise, communication and care have been exemplary. The operation was significant and complex however my subsequent recovery has exceeded all expectations I believe this is mainly due to Mr Chaudry’s exceptional skill. I am so grateful and feel privileged to have been looked after so expertly by Mr Chaudry and his team at the Royal Marsden. Thank you.

Mr Asif Chaudry is a very knowledgable and thoughtful surgeon in the Royal Madsen Hospital Chelsea. My consultations I had with him were very comprehensive and informative. We discussed all aspects of my planned surgery and there wasn’t anything he didn’t explain. I would highly recommend Mr Chaudry on all levels of care.

I was diagnosed with gastric cancer in November 2020 and initially few doctors suggested that my tumour it is not operable. My daughter reached out to Mr Chaudry for a consultation and after evaluating the diagnostic reports, he told us that he could operate. Mr Chaudry's experience, knowledge in the matter and his great communication skills have brought me and my family peace of mind and hope. He is always reachable and available to discuss concerns and issues when needed (complications of my COVID during my chemo). He is very methodical in his approach, confident and calm. Mr Chaudry has an excellent team of colleagues, including assistants, nurses and doctors who monitor my health and fitness and keep me well informed about every step prior to the operation. Although I am going to have a major surgery soon, I feel reassured and confident in Mr Chaudry and his team's capability to take care of me the best way they can. My family and I are grateful for the care I have received so far.
